- 4 cups of Rice Crispy Cereal
- 4 big spoons of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of Ohgave ( Agave Nectar)
- 4 table spoons of flax seed
- Cook it in the Freezer for 20 or 30 mins to stiffen it up :o)
- Then cut and eat :o)

Yummy Balls
- 1/2 cup of oat meal
- 1/4 cup of flax seeds.....
- 3 ish spoons of peanut butter
- Ohgave (Agave Nectar) to sweeten it
- And I threw in some Mike FREE chocolate chips
- Then cook them in the freezer for about 10 minutes to make them nice & firm balls :o)
Then store them in the refrigerator .
Olley Chocolate Icing THICK!! Icing
Makes about 2 cups
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup dairy-free butter (Smart Balance Light)
- ¼ cup plain unsweetened milk or soymilk
- ¾ cup unsweetened pure cocoa powder
- Ohgave! (Agave nectar) add it til it taste sweet (about 8 tablespoons)
- Ok Now here's the trick to make it nice and thick .. like Real!!! Icing!! add Rice Flour :o) add it until it's Thick. (about 1/4 cup or less)
- now that you have it all thick taste it again , you might want to add more Ohgave! to bring the sweet back up :o)
